Yoga is a true homecoming.
My Practice has become the silo of my growth - I find the connection between source and self in the depth of my physical practice, in breath and in meditation.
How good is it to lean into the capabilities and vulnerabilities of this body? to feel its strength, and weaknesses and to fall in love with the experience, either way.
I teach what I practice and practice what I teach: all classes are run in Perth or privately and they involve pranayama, a vinyasa flow based around the myofascial meridians to help assist the body into opening with its own internal intelligence , and finished by grounding in with meditation and bhakti.
All classes are open level with those who love an edge for adventure <3
